The Position:
Our Representatives are individuals who enjoy meeting challenging goals. You would be working in our inbound contact centre receiving calls from our RBC clients. Your responsibility is to assist our clients with their financial needs and resolve their problems in a friendly and helpful manner. This position involves listening to clients over the phone, resolving their problems, and selling a variety of financial solutions. If you have a customer orientation and are computer savvy, this is the role for you.
Hours of Operation:
Candidates must be committed to maintaining a flexible work schedule based on the demands of the business. Our centre is open from 7 am to 11pm, Monday - Saturday. We are looking for candidates who are available to work a variety of shifts, based on the needs of the business, within these hours.
