TLI-The Mandarin School guarantees its clients rapid progress and accurate speaking abilities. This is not Mandarin "theory" - it is Mandarin for practical usage. Our methodology has been refined over 50 years, our teachers are experienced teachers and native Chinese speakers, and our proprietary curriculum is systematic and applied.
Mandarin can be difficult to grasp by using traditional teaching methods. Listening to CDs or sitting in a large class cannot provide the direct feedback and corrections that are necessary to develop correct usage of the tonal nature of this language. Our methodology provides constant individual attention to address each participant's specific strengths and weaknesses, and follows our natural learning process: first listening & speaking, then reading & writing.
